3. Client Responsibilities

Access and Permissions: The client is responsible for providing necessary access to any third-party services or accounts required for the project.
4. Payment Terms
Fees: The fees for our services are detailed in the service agreement or proposal. All payments must be made as outlined in the agreement.
Invoices: Invoices will be issued according to the payment schedule agreed upon in the service contract. Payments are due within 10 days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified.
Late Payments: Late payments may incur interest charges or penalties as specified in the service agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
Ownership: Upon full payment, the client will own the rights to the final deliverables. However, Vteck retains the right to use project work in our portfolio or for promotional purposes.
Licenses: We may use third-party software, libraries, or assets that are licensed separately from our services. The client is responsible for ensuring the appropriate licenses are obtained for any additional tools or assets used.
6. Confidentiality
Client Information: We will maintain the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose it to third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.
Data Protection: We will take reasonable measures to protect client data and comply with applicable data protection laws.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
Service Quality: We strive to deliver high-quality services but do not guarantee that the services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Third-Party Links: Our website or services may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites.
8. Limitation of Liability
No Liability for Indirect Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vteck will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
Liability Cap: Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in question.
9. Termination
Termination by Client: The client may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice. In such cases, the client will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
Termination by Us: We may terminate the agreement if the client breaches these Terms and Conditions or fails to meet their obligations. We will provide written notice and may retain any fees paid for work completed.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
